Phil Georgas

Born and raised in Seattle, Phil has lived and worked in all corners of the city.

Phil has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985 and a full time broker for over 25 years. After attending Western Washington University. Phil finished his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration at Central Washington University.

Prior to owning an Assist 2 Sell Franchise Phil was a respected broker at Windermere Real Estate, a top agent at Coldwell Banker Danforth and winner of their prestigious International Sterling Society Award for excellence in real estate sales.

Phil was attracted to the Assist 2 Sell business model in 2006 when he went to sell his own home and learned of the money he could save with Assist 2 Sell.

Many of his past clients have praised Phil for his professionalism and negotiation abilities but perhaps one of the highest compliments has come from a veteran structural home inspector. With 30 years in the business and an association with hundreds of real estate brokers, he choose Phil and Assist 2 Sell to list and sell 2 of his homes.
