“We have purchased and sold 9 homes and land/lots over the years. We have listed with traditional brokers and paid the 6% commission on quite a few of those properties. When we decided to sell our home on Whidbey Island, this time we contacted Assist 2 Sell Broker/Owner Phil Georgas via telephone. What a great call that was! He came over from Seattle, on the ferry, and visited with us and toured our home. We listed with him on the spot and it was the best decision we could have made. He explained what we needed to do as Sellers, which was minimal as he handled most everything for us. He protected our interest with a well-written listing and took such great photos that we were tempted to keep our home as it was so appealing. That was all on a Thursday. Phil took Friday to edit and select the best photos and create the online listing, and we were live on the website and multiple service by Friday evening. Saturday morning we began receiving on phone call after another, and had 8 showings lined up for Sunday. By Sunday at 2:00p.m. we had 7 offers on our home, and it sold that very day for well over the listed price and there was even a small bidding war. Wow! Phil is representing us on our new purchase and is dealing with the builder’s agent on our behalf. We are traveling in our trailer and away from our new area, and Phil even emails us progress photos of the build.
